What are the energy saving features of the equipment?
The Lincoln Fusion uses a specially designed housing and mild convection cooking to ensure efficiency, and a power saving "sleep-mode" to prevent energy waste.

How does it save energy?
The housing minimises heat loss by reflecting heat back into the cooking area, ensuring consistent results and efficiency. The sleep mode enables the unit to only use minimal energy at low-demand times.
