WEEE

Advice to Final Users

Winterhalter MT Series

What are the energy saving features of the equipment?
1 Mediamat filtration system saves on water heating.
2 Three-temperature rinse stage saves 3kW per day.
3 Pre-wash zone heat exchanger saves 3kW/h
4 Exhaust air heat recovery or heat pump (optional) can save around 12 kW/h

How does it save energy?
Mediamat is so efficient that the washwater can be used throughout the day without changing, so less energy is needed to heat it up. It also results in lower consumption of warewashing chemicals.
The rinse stage gradually increases the rinse water temperature, giving hygienically clean results but using less energy.
The energy recovery systems, including exhaust air heat recovery, recycle the heat lost from each stage, return it to earlier in the cycle, and save even more on power consumption.

What is the saving compared to?
Standard warewasher design.
