How does it save energy?
Mediamat is a filtration system that is so effective that washwater lasts throughout the session, so less energy is required to heat water. It also saves on water and chemicals.
Winterhalter’s innovative WIHTec (Winterhalter Indirect Heating Technology) is a flat-panel heating element. The tank itself has a seamless construction and the lack of a protruding element means there are no awkward surfaces to encourage limescale and dirt accumulation – the most common cause of a loss of efficiency in conventional ‘kettle style’ heating elements. Flat panel elements deliver better heating, as well as lower energy consumption.
TwinSet: A space and labour-saving system that allows you to link two GS500 pass-through machines together, doubling capacity. At off-peak times you can switch to only use one machine, saving energy.
