What are the energy saving features of the equipment?
The Live Steam System and Multi-Eco Sytem provide a reduction in energy use of up to 16%.

How does it save energy?
By providing live steam production in the chamber on demand whilst utilising condensation already in the unit to pre-heat the cold water used to produce the steam, a considerable amount of energy is saved.

What is the saving compared to?
The energy savings have been calculated against similar capacity ovens which feature traditional combination oven and steam generation technology.
