What are the energy saving features of the equipment?
The patented Advanced Closed System comes as standard on this model and other models throughout the Convotherm range.

How does it save energy?
By closing the oven exhaust valve the oven chamber becomes a closed system which only takes steam when it is needed. As a result the unit uses less power and water, and exhausts less condense into the kitchen.

What is the saving compared to?
Compared to any combi without precise metering of steam requirement, large amounts of steam can be lost which in turn can contribute to low efficiency.
