What are the energy saving features of the equipment?
Frymaster gas fryers feature high efficiency infra red burners and state of the art thermsostatic control.

How does it save energy?
Continuous oil monitoring ensures that temperature can be kept constant depending on requirements, reducing the need for slow recovery rates and unnecessary energy usage.

What is the saving compared to?
These features mean that 80,000 btu (23.4kW) input can produce the equivalent levels of fried product as a 120,000 btu (35kw) fryer.
