What are the energy saving features of the equipment?
Patented heat exchanger system ensures less energy is wasted. Unique pan design requires only 16 litres of oil thus requiring less enrgy to heat.

How does it save energy?
By maximising energy transfer into the oil, heat up and recovery times are quicker, with the added benefit of being able to procuce more food. quicker heat up times and less energy being wasted.

What is the saving compared to?
The energy savings have been calculated against traditional products as well as so-called High Efficiency products.
